Day 01: Arrival Guwahati – Tezpur (Distance: 180 kms/Time: 03:30 hrs approximately)

Arrival at Guwahati Airport

Transfer to Tezpur and check-in Hotel, a small town near Assam - Arunachal border.

Overnight stay in Tezpur

Day 02: Tezpur – Dirang (Distance: 190 kms/Time: 05 hrs approximately)

Breakfast at Hotel

Check out from hotel

Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre, TDL Monastery and Fruit Garden

Transfer to Dirang and check in Hotel.

Dinner at hotel

Overnight stay in Dirang

Note: Tippi will not be possible if we drive via Khalaktang

 

Day 03: Dirang - Tawang (Distance: 190 kms/Time: 05 hrs approximately)

En route drive pass the unique Dirang Valley.

Also witness the snowcapped Sella Pass at 13700 ft, Sella Lake and the Jaswant Garh War Memorial

Transfer to Tawang (10,000 ft) and check in to hotel

Overnight in Tawang.

Day 04: Tawang Sightseeing

Breakfast at Hotel

Proceed for Tawang Sightseeing

Visit Tawang Monastery, Urgelling Monastery, Buddha Statue.

Later visit the War Memorial commemorating the bravery of the Indian heroes of the Indo-China war of 1962.

Witness the light and sound show in the evening.

Day 05: Tawang – Bum La Pass – Tawang (Distance: 185 kms/Time: 06 hrs approximately) one way.

Proceed for an excursion to Sangestar Lake, Bum La Pass and China Border (subject to permission from Indian Army)

Later transfer to Tawang

Day 06: Tawang – Tezpur (Distance: 330 kms/Time: 08:30 hrs approximately)

At a height of 8OOO ft., Bomdila is a small town famous for its Buddhists monasteries,

magnificent valleys and Himalayan landscapes

Later transfer to Guwahati Airport to board flight Indigo 6E-316 at 17:05 hrs. and arrive in Bangalore at 20:20 hrs
