DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 01: Arrival Dehradun
Upon arrival check into the hotel.
In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing, providing them with handbags for carrying only necessary things on the tour, up to 3 kg TO 5 kg per person will be permitted.

Day 02: Dehradun – Yamunotri (Sahastradhara Helipad to Kharsali Helipad)

Arrival at Kharsali Helipad
After landing at Kharsali, check in to the hotel, which is within a Walking distance from the helipad. The guests will be taken for Yamunotri Darshan by a Pony or Palki
Approximate time is taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan: 06hrs approximately.
(Round-tour). Yamunotri trek is 06 KM one-way.

About Kharsali
Kharsali Is the village from where the trek starts for Yamunotri temple, this village is at an altitude of 8500 feet. After getting off the helicopter passengers will be taken to the nearby hotel Yamuna Kriti for check in.
Breakfast will be available at the hotel. After breakfast pony or palkis will be ready to take passengers to the temple. The trek is tough and takes about 06 hours to finish darshans
About Hotel
Kharsali is a very small and remote village, hence hotel quality is basic with neat and cleaned rooms.

FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS
This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed, it is strictly advised that guests must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour, otherwise, they will be considered NO-SHOW.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Due to a remote the quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri is reasonably good (very basic)
But at harsil, sersi and Badrinath the accommodation standard equalling to 3 stars.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION

BAD WEATHER; FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER

Flying in hills is subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air TrafficClearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), a suddenoccurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at thehelipads,amongothers.Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.

If we are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days , we will still try to finish darshan on the next day. suppose there is bad weather on the 3 rd dayand we are unable to fly to Kedaranth then we will try do both Kedaranth and Badrianath on 4th day.

In case of bad weather if the stay gets extended beyond 5 nights, then passengers have to bear the cost of an additional night stay. The cost applicable for an additional night stay will be directly paid by guest.

We will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers.

Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor.

Get a medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. A medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.

As operators we reserve the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
